Chamber Conference Room
Our beautiful Conference Room is available for all your meeting needs. Please make your reservations in advance. There is no charge to members, and non-members are welcome to use the room for a nominal fee of $15.00 for up to two hours, and $25.00 for over two hours.

Membership Mixers
Usually held the fourth Tuesday of each month from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., these networking events bring together business people in our community and have become a strong resource for making contact with both current and prospective clients. The host is asked to give a brief history and/or tour, and provide refreshments. The Chamber will conduct a 50/50 drawing. We will send out e-mail reminders and also advertise in “The Scoop” and the monthly Newsletter.

Additional Mixers can be scheduled at the members’ requests for events such as remodeling, anniversaries or staff additions.

Newsletter
An excellent opportunity to keep abreast of the happenings within the membership community. We produce the newsletter and offer businesses an opportunity to use this valuable resource by inserting flyers. You must be a member to use this privilege. For Profit organizations the cost is $50.00 for the monthly and $75.00 for the bi-annual (May, November) publication. For Non-Profit organizations the cost is $25.00 for the monthly and $50.00 for the bi-annual publication. The member must supply 400 copies to be inserted in the monthly, and 700 for the bi-annual publication.

Newsletter Ads
All Chamber members are eligible to place a business card sized ad in the newsletter and the monthly calendar. The charges are $35.00 per month in the Newsletter, and $50.00 per month in the monthly calendar.

Newspaper Advertising
This is available to all new members, when you buy one ¼ page or larger combo ad, a coupon will be provided to you to get one free for Black Hills Pioneer. And, you can also receive a coupon to place one free 15” ad in the Meade County Times, Black Hills Press or the Northern Hills Advertiser.

Brochure Display
Chamber members can have their company promoted in the Chamber lobby display area. This service is free to members only and provides exposure to thousands annually. Tourism brochures are available to all visitors at no charge.

Chamber Directory and Visitors Guide
A complimentary copy of the directory is distributed to Chamber members as part of their annual investment. In addition, each member receives one free listing in the guide.

Gold Card Advantage
Several of our Chambers members offer goods or services to other members, their employees and families, at a savings. This automatically opens the door to thousands of potential clients.

Internet Exposure
The Chamber website at www.sturgis-sd.org is packed with community, relocation, tourism and business assistance information. It also includes links to a multitude of other community and area resources and features maps and job search assistance/listings. The Chamber website provides Sturgis information and referrals, and also includes a business directory of our members. This provides FREE worldwide exposure. Members may also hyper-link to their own home page for a small annual fee and can increase their exposure through enhanced listings and additional advertising.

Mailing Labels
A complete mailing list for the 300+ members of the Chamber is available for members to purchase. Not available to non-members.

Ribbon Cutting
These ceremonies increase the visibility of new or expanding businesses and are provided to Chamber members free of charge. Pre-event and post-event publicity provides these businesses a tremendous amount of free advertising. New businesses who are not members will also be able to enjoy this privilege.

Committees
Members may participate in any of our active and dynamic committees covering a diverse range of interests such as Agriculture, Ambassadors, Business Promotions, Key City Pen of 3, Political Awareness and Cavalry Days.

Business Referral Service
The helpful, experienced staff at the Chamber receives an average of 35 calls daily from people inquiring about local businesses , information and tourism. Member businesses are always referred to these individuals.

Map
The Chamber publishes area maps that feature Chamber members-only advertising. Listings and locator keys are additional tools provided to Chamber members in this publication.

Photocopies
Members can make photocopies at our office for $.10 per copy. Non-members will pay $.15 per copy.

Fax Machine
Members can send a fax from our office for $.50 + tax per page and receive a fax for $.25 + tax per page. Non-members may send a fax for $1.00 + tax per page, and receive for $.30 + tax per page.

Lattice Rental
Lattice is available for rent to members for $16.00 per day, including tax, and for non-members for $30.00 per day, including tax. A $50.00 refundable damage deposit is required in advance when reservations are made.
